Blackberries and Pecans (Serves 1)
I’m not ready to eat a big meal when I get up at 5:30 AM to get ready for work. I’ve been eating blueberries and walnut pieces as a starter meal, and then eating something more substantial after I’ve been up for a few hours. I finally decided to experiment with additional starter meals and happily started with this one.
Prep and Cook Time: 1 minute
One cup fresh blackberries
Two handfuls of pecan halves
Dump blackberries in a bowl. Dump pecans on top. Eat.
Notes: You could add a splash of coconut milk for flavor, but if you like blackberries and pecans as much as I do, you don’t need anything to make this meal work as a nice start to the day.
