Slow Cooker Roast Beef with Smoked Jalapeno Sauerkraut

Slow Cooker Roast Beef with Smoked Jalapeno Sauerkraut (Serves 1)

Smoked Jalapeno Sauerkraut is the most amazing food I’ve found in a long time. I should make it my mission to develop 10 new recipes using it, but meanwhile I am eating it with slow cooker roast and loving it. This recipe does not really add anything new to my collection, but I wanted you to know how good the Smoked Jalapeno is. So good!

Prep and Cook Time: 5 minutes

1 jar of Farmhouse Culture Smoked Jalapeno sauerkraut
Roast beef (click here for recipe)

Directions: Cover most of the bottom of a plate with sauerkraut. Pull a serving of roast beef into bite-size pieces and arrange on top of sauerkraut. Microwave for 2 minutes. Eat and enjoy!

Note: Farmhouse Culture sells a Classic Caraway, Garlic Dill Pickle, Horseradish Leek, and Smoked Jalapeño sauerkraut. I’ve got them all in my refrigerator now.

  1. Where did you buy sauerkraut? The shipping from he website was astronomical. Is it worth it??

My local Whole Foods has had it the past few weeks. It’s new on the shelves. It definitely was not there 2 months ago.

I’m not sure how I found your website, but I am delighted I did.
